The details we keep

When you ring, email or use the quote form we keep your name, contact details, where the work is and what you told us about it, plus any pictures or drawings you attach. We use these to survey, quote and carry out the work you asked about, and to contact you about that work.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists. Details are shared only with people who need them to do your job, such as a galvanising or powder-coating contractor for delivery, or a structural engineer for a design check.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses standard analytics to count visits and the pages that are read. No personal details are collected by it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it once any job is complete and our records obligations have passed. Email info@externalstaircasesandbalconies.co.uk.
